I am sending this email on behalf of my dad who served with the royal regiment. From 1945 - 46 in Belgium. Prior to that he served in the aleutians with the Winnipeg grenadier. 2nd battalion fron 1944-45.He joined yp in 1942. This fall he will be 90 and enjoys life to the fullest lucky to have good health to enjoy gardening and some wood splitting. He belongs to the Blind River Ontario legion branch . He reads your letters but un fortunately cannot attend your functions. Anyways this was just an opportunity to update you on one of your members that are slowly dwindling in number.
